Tribal & Urban Indian Health Care Organizations Emergency Preparedness Working Group
The mission of the Tribal and Urban Indian Health Care Organizations Emergency Preparedness Working Group is to foster collaborations among local, state, federal, and tribal and urban health care organizations in their preparedness for and response to disasters, including strategic partnering for prevention, detection, reporting, investigation, mitigation, and recovery.

Strategy Statement
An inter-agency collaboration to ensure that all California Indian Health Clinics are prepared to respond to an emergency or disaster with efficiency and success, and to ensure that all clinics have been trained, and have developed and exercised individual Emergency Operations Plans that are compliant with state and federal standards.
