The NAAEP, along with collaborating agencies, has hosted semi-annual Emergency Operations Plan Development Training workshops since Spring 2005. The workshops cover the risks and threats to Indian Health Clinics in California, how to complete a hazard vulnerability analysis, the major components of the emergency operations plan template and the emergency incident command system, and the logistics of testing an emergency operations plan.
