The NAAEP, along with collaborating partners, has hosted semi-annual Emergency Operations Plan Development Workshops since 2005. The workshops provide on-site training in developing the Emergency Operations Plan template, how to complete a hazard vulnerability analysis, the components of an Incident Command System and standardized emergency management system (SEMS) guidelines, and how to test a completed emergency operations plan. All materials have been developed specifically for California Indian Health Clinics, although the materials may be applicable for other clinics.
